The project is an instrument for the redevelopment of the historic center of the Municipality of Abano Terme, which presents worrying aspects of decay.
The proposal is to connect the two main focal points of the city, the historic one and the thermal one, through the redevelopment and pedestrianization of the entire part of Via Delle Terme, from Piazza della Repubblica to Piazza Duomo.
This redevelopment is achieved through the recovery of undefined urban voids, the improvement of the quality of living, the rebalancing of the service system and the strengthening of the endowment of commercial structures serving residents.
The project therefore proposes innovative solutions for the urban space of Abano Terme, returning to the city new qualified public spaces, connected by pedestrian paths and the creation of new visual perspectives.
