The project, carried out in the productive area of West Vicenza, looks like a simple complex in the structures, but accurate in the finishes, aimed at the comfort of customers and workers.
The distribution scheme takes into account BMW standards, compatibly with the constraints of the rather small area and the pre-existing building, which required development on three floors.
The organization of the internal and external spaces allows a comfortable use for the customers, served in the reception areas on the ground floor, who communicate in back office with the workshop, the body shop and the spare parts warehouse.
The property inspired the construction to be simple, to contain costs and energy consumption, with industrial-type structures and systems left in sight.
