Recovery of a degraded area that over the decades has been at the center of news and social hardship, this intervention constitutes an opportunity for redevelopment and re-appropriation of a piece of the city.
Hinged between the historic center and the southern industrial area of the Scaliger capital, the complex will include commercial and leisure areas, complementary to those of the urban center of which it constitutes an extension.
A series of services for the community will constitute a pole that will contribute to raising urban quality: a park of 50,000 square meters, underground car parks, pedestrian and cycle paths, new roads, spaces for the public.
Great attention has been paid to the use of eco-compatible energies and materials, from green roofs, to photovoltaics, to tri-generation, to geothermal energy.
