The Center is located at the junction of important road axes, so it can count on an international catchment area of about 250,000 people.
The structure consists of a hypermarket of approximately 6,000 square meters, located on a double shopping gallery of 50 medium and small shops.
Particular attention was paid to environmental aspects, through the study of traffic, the maintenance of soil permeability and the planting of trees in the open spaces.
The planimetric distribution is designed to facilitate customer orientation, so as to be able to minimize the signage, usually necessary in an extended structure like this.
The galleries and malls are designed as city streets, illuminated everywhere from above by natural light, filtered and screened so as to be comfortable in all seasons of the year and to allow almost exclusively natural lighting during the day.
