The project, of a great urban impact, envisages the recovery of a vast abandoned and degraded industrial area, now separated from the city by congested roads. The project gives back to the community a piece of the city, known in recent decades for numerous crime events. The Plan provides the construction of a commercial structure, services, offices, a public park of 40,000 square meters. The intervention paid a great attention to the landscape aspects of mobility and sustainability. The project also aims to reconnect the southern districts to the historic center and to mend the east / west break created over the years between the residential districts of the first area outside the historic center.
