The project aims to create an integrated multifunctional settlement, active every day, alive even beyond the few hours dedicated to competitive play and able to create interesting synergies between public and private structures.
The stadium, which can also host events and shows, constitutes the organizing element of the entire settlement, integrated into a set of multifunctional activities, with spaces designed to provide services for the whole family, based on a model now widespread in Europe.
A shared place, a point of reference and daily meeting for fans and families of all ages and of different interests.
A sort of large square, where people gather for moments of celebration and sport and where urban quality also becomes a deterrent to violence, in a process of re-appropriation of public spaces.
Great attention is paid to the issues of environmental sustainability.
