The project involves the construction of some prestigious villas on the shores of Garda Lake, integrated into a tourist / hotel complex immersed in the surrounding environment. Green roofs, low ecological impact solutions and the reduction of volume, conceived in a previous project of the 1910s, aim to contain the environmental impact of the whole complex.
