The project involves the construction of three villas on land overlooking the lagoon.
The modulation of volumes and elevations is aimed at creating a whole inserted in the environmental context, which takes into account the views and orientation. Great attention was paid to the planimetric distribution and holes as well as to maintaining the privacy of the individual homes, which rise 10 meters from each other.
