The project is a reinterpretation of the historical, artistic and natural architectural features of the Valday region: the hills, the sloping roofs of the izbe, the large fireplace that heats the long winter seasons, the crystal of snow.
The resort is designed to maintain the convenience of a single structure and to ensure the privacy of guests. A series of autonomous cells for the rooms, each personalized with specific, precious but at the same time modern finishes, is contrasted by a central block, node of all the functions, designed to house the reception, the restaurant, the living room with the large fireplace, breakfast room, fitness area and spa.
The volumes take into account the course of the ground in which they integrate harmoniously, exploiting the natural unevenness of the land, to create terraces and panoramic views of the lake. The central body looks like a sort of "contemporary Rialto Bridge", which is reflected in the water of the swimming pool below.
