The shopping centre, with a flow of over 5,000,000 visitors a year, is one of the first to be built in Italy on the "French style" model with hypermarket, mall and shopping arcade.
The use of natural light coming from the skylights of the main mall and the gallery gives the rooms the atmosphere of the city street.
The use of natural materials, from the wood of the roof to the Veronese marble, combined with steel and glass, aims to offer users a familiar yet contemporary environment. The variety of shapes, spaces and structures helps visitors find their way "naturally". The car parks are housed in a large basement located below the commercial areas, with the double advantage of allowing visitors to walk easily and have a low impact on the territory.
