The complex is located in a suburban area, on a very important congested road, near valuable industrial areas. The building is configured as a great wall, behind which the commercial surfaces extend and whose curve takes shape from the signs of the territory. Characterized by particular attention to the spaces dedicated to visitors, with a prevalent use of natural light, it combines contemporary materials with traditional local ones.
In relation to the environmental aspects, specific measures were adopted in the design phase. From a study of traffic aimed at improving the practicability of the roads around the structure, to maintaining the permeability of the soil through an external paving with grilled elements, to the shading of uncovered spaces with native essences.
